"Did not enjoy my experience. The only thing was Faith was very helpful and kind when I wanted to start my policy. I got a very good rate, so I thought, and a few days later it had gone up almost $100 a month. A very briefly worked an insurance although not a pro? I do know that there were certain questions we should have been asked beforehand. The policy went up because of a ticket which I hadnt been asked about nor had it been looked into by her. I got a letter in the mail with two other random reasons one of them being address change which did not happen. The other one was that more coverage was added, again for what reason I have no idea when that's not what was agreed upon. When I called she was so nonchalant about it going up when I had told her how expensive other places were and clearly needed to save money. She informed me about the ticket which I tried to look past because I know it is not entirely the agencies fault, but there was nothing to say about the two other factors that increased our rate. She was just very bubbly and positive when I was clearly upset about the fact that I was misinformed. I found other coverage and emailed for cancellation and all I was told was that it was canceled effective that date. Where I really got even more frustrated was that I had to ask multiple times for some sort of actual proof. I had had State Farm in the past (that never cancelled my policy. I mentioned this too) and obviously other insurance and it was never just that easy to cancel. Which fine, if it was. But for the life of me I could not get some sort of confirmation that it was cancelled and when I did I had to ask multiple times/wait. And at that point I had gotten a check so obviously it was canceled. Just left a bad taste in my mouth, I understand insurance is a lot off factors but I was very unsatisfied with the customer service that I got (after I gave them $300 to start the damn policy, of course) when I was unsatisfied and wanted to cancel. Could barely get help. Should've saved time and $170 by going elsewhere."
