All I can say is WOW! From the very first time I spoke with her, I knew Milly was someone special. At the time, I ended up choosing Progressive, but I remember wishing I had gone with State Farm instead. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to educate me on insurance and things I didn't even know to ask about.

Long story short, after going through an extremely stressful and frustrating experience with Progressive, I decided to call State Farm for a quote. And wouldn't you know it, I somehow got connected with the SAME wonderful person I had spoken to originally!

Not only did Milly remember me, but she also remembered our situation! That alone meant so much to me. She went above and beyond, taking her time and doing everything she could to find us the best possible quote. She wasn't rushing to get me off the phone or treating me like just another customer. She genuinely cared.

My husband was equally impressed and grateful for her service. After everything we had been through with our previous insurance company, having someone who listened, understood our frustrations, and patiently answered every question was such a breath of fresh air.

Even a week later, when I called back for assistance, her exceptional service hadn't changed one bit! She made sure my needs were met and even took the initiative to make calls and help my husband resolve issues he was having with his State Farm app.

This is what TRUE customer service looks like! It's not just about selling insurance. It's about building trust, showing compassion, and making customers feel valued.

State Farm needs MORE people like her! Employees who genuinely care and go the extra mile deserve to be recognized and appreciated. She turned what had been a stressful insurance experience into such a positive one for our family.
