"I really want to thank State Farm company so much. I swear, I’m telling this from my heart, no one forced me to say this. I had accident on 31 Oct. from the same day of the accident they towed my car, and in the same time told me go to nearest enterprise and tags a car, they gave me CAMARO 2022 for 7 days. After they decide that my car is total loss, they compensate me the same price I bought the car. I really loved how they are very thoughtful. They deposited the money on Monday, and it was the same day which the car rent is over. Suddenly, enterprise called me they told me trust State Farm extent your rent until Wednesday. How they were very thoughtful. The whole process take 7 days from the accident until they deposited my money. It was the smoothest process I experienced since I came to USA. Highly recommended company, of course I’ll choose you again to my new car."

"This review is based on my review with the staff at this location they are beyond rude especially " Angelia" she stated to me that everything i mentioned based on a missed payment will cause to cancel my policy when i paid my bills on time she stated to me " you must be very young and incompetent i requested to speak to Kenya Knight and she stated to me she doesn't meet with customers and she will not transfer me to another agent i will no longer stay with this company if this is what is allow to treat customers who have been with the company for more than 5 years and treated everyone with the benefit of the doubt i will highly suggest that Kenya trains her agents much better plus i bet MS ANGELIA WOULD EVER SPEAK TO A MILITARY PERSON THAT ARE 18+ SERVING OUR COUNTRY SAYING YOU MUST BE VERY YOUNG AND DOESN'T KNOW ANYTHING"
